    Some dogs change everything.

They pull you out of the house and into the wild.

They show you how to live louder, love harder and find peace in a muddy paw print.

They become your compass, your co-pilot, your heartbeat outside your body.

And when you look at them — really look — you know this chapter of your life is worth remembering.

That’s why we don’t chase perfection or Pinterest poses. We’re after the real shit — the moments that feel like truth.

The unfiltered joy. The silent loyalty. The absolute magic of your dog just being your dog.

This is the part where time slows down.

Where the world blurs, and it’s just you and your dog — mid-laugh, mid-run, mid-moment you’ll wish you could live in forever.

So we freeze it. Not for Instagram.

    For you.

    And the result?

That deserves a place of honor in your home.

    How it works

Here’s how we turn that wild, loyal, messy love into something tangible.

Something you can hold in your hands, hang on your walls or flip through when your heart needs reminding.

This is where the magic meets the method — where emotion meets action — and your story takes shape, one step at a time.

Step 1: Every love story needs a beginning

Before we head into the wild, we start with a conversation — a real one. No forms. No fluff.

You tell me what makes your dog tick. What makes you melt.

The weird little habits. The chaos. The calm. The reason you’d walk through fire for them, no questions asked.

We plan around your bond — not a shot list.

We’ll choose a location that feels like yours. Could be a forest trail, a windswept ridge or that quiet spot by the lake where they always pause and sniff the wind.

We talk artwork. Not as decoration, but as a daily reminder. Something that hits you right in the gut when you walk by.

We map out the flow. Because your dog sets the pace and the best moments aren’t posed. They’re felt.

You’ll walk away with something bigger than a photo.

You’ll walk away with your story, told in a way that only you’ll understand — but everyone else will feel.

    Step 2: The session — a love-fueled adventure

    Fuck perfect. Give me honest.

Give me wild eyes, muddy paws, windblown ears and that look — you know the one — that says, “We’re in this together.”

Your session becomes a playdate with a purpose.

We’ll laugh, move and let your dog take the lead — because when they’re having fun, the magic shows up in every frame. Whether your dog’s a total ham or a little bit shy, we meet them where they’re at and let them shine.

    Worried? Don’t be.

“My dog can’t be off-leash.” Totally normal. Most dogs you see in my work were on leash. Photoshop sorcery keeps your dog safe and delivers those wild, free images.

“I’m awkward in photos.” Great! You’re in good company. No stiff posing here — I’ll guide you into natural, connected moments that feel like you, not like prom night.

“When do sessions happen?” I’m flexible. Early morning, golden hour or whatever fits your dog’s energy. I use off-camera flash when needed to keep harsh light from messing with your magic.

Sessions usually last 45 to 90 minutes, give or take. We go with the flow until we get what we need … or your dog gives us that side-eye that says, “I’m done, human.”

Step 3: The reveal — where your love story comes to life

About two weeks after our adventure, we meet again — over coffee, wine, beer, you name it — for the big reveal.

This is where your jaw hits the table, and the happy tears make their debut.

Here’s how we make the magic easy to bring home:

    • Wall art sizing: I’ll send a guide to help you figure out where to hang your art and how big it should be — because yes, size does matter.
    • Albums & storytelling pieces: Prefer the kind of legacy you can hold in your hands? Let’s design a custom album that tells your love story, page by page.
    • Build a collection: Want it all? Let’s put together a package that gets you everything you want.

Every morning, you’ll pass a jaw-dropping portrait of your dog mid-adventure, and boom — instant joy before you’ve even had your first sip of coffee.

Or maybe you’re the cozy type, curling up with a custom album on the couch, flipping through every chapter of your story together — the tail wags, the nose boops, the silent moments that say “you’re my person.”

Whatever your vibe, we’ll craft it just for you.

    Step 4: Delivering the legacy

Once your artwork is ordered, your images get one last round of retouching and polish.

You’ll get a digital gallery of all your purchased images — perfect for Christmas cards, Instagram posts or setting as your phone background (because obvi, your dog belongs there).

Printed artwork is ready in six to eight weeks. From handcrafted albums to jaw-dropping statement pieces, your dog’s story will be preserved in a way that lasts longer than chew toys and liver treats.

This is your dog’s love story

Every chapter of your dog’s story deserves to be remembered. Every year, every grey whisker, every muddy trail.

Because love like this? It’s special. It’s rare. It’s unforgettable.

    And it’s worth honoring.

Our aim is to preserve their story, their spirit and the way they’ve forever changed you.

Your dog is never “just a dog” in the world of Big White Dog Photography. They’re your copilot, your soulmate, your wild-hearted best friend.

We can tell that story in a way that makes the world stop and say, “Now that’s love.”
