When our clients are facing goodbye, technical skill will only take you so far. They need a photographer who can listen, communicate with care and make space for whatever unfolds during the session.
I have spent years photographing dogs and the people who love them, with much of my work centered on senior dogs, anticipatory grief and loss. My training includes certification as a Pet Loss Grief Companion, Grief Educator and Master Grief Coach.
My understanding also comes from loving and losing my own dogs, Shep and Bella. Their lives continue to shape how I photograph, write and teach.
